All 10 stars - it's like an oasis in the middle of this chaotic desert, as we drive past miles of dirt and dust, and finally reach this beautiful place, I was already sure we chose the right place to stay. We did the self-check in, and very soon met the owners, who gave us very good recommendations and helped with every need we had. The location is very strategic as it's in between Santiago and Cabo Pulmo, making both destinations a nice day trip without being too much driving. It's also very close to the La Rivera beach and some restaurants. It has air conditioning and free wifi, with electricity generators when electricity goes out, and also free drinking water. In the community kitchen we could cook as we wish, for example we could cook our own eggs at breakfast, and didn't even need to wash the dishes. All in all, what a haven, and we were both sad when we had to leave. Thanks for creating this wonderful place!
Stumbled upon this gem when the weather changed our plans and we needed to find a last minute place to stay, and it ended up being our favorite hotel of the trip! Jason and the staff make you feel right at home, and the space is so homey and comfortable. So safe and plenty of hammocks, including one with an ocean view. We loved this place!
This is a gem in the desert. This place is so well taken care of, with attention to details - clean and comfy rooms, cosy design and great personal attention from Jason the owner. You won’t find a better place in the area .
This little boutique hotel is amazing. The owners are on site and very eager to help with anything you need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The grounds are very inviting with a heated pool, bbq, hammock, rocking chairs. Would definitely recommend for a stay and can’t wait to go back.

It's my second time there. Last year, I've stayed only one night but I thought "I have to come back for a much longer time!" So I did it ths year : eleven nights, and zero regrets! The surrounded garden is beautiful, the rooms have each their own charms. The showers have plenty off space, the pool is small but so well design! You can have access to the pretty full equiped kitchen and make your own meals there or use the gaz or charcoal BBQ's outside. Of course, nothing's perfect so, a few improvement could be done like a full lenght mirror in Grande room #1, for exemple. Not that I missed myself but... and the kitchen's fridge that frozen my cilantrobut the small fridge in the rooms were perfect for my needs. Other that this, I would suggest to had a rope beside each hammock so we could rock ourselves! No really, this place is just fabulous and Jason, one of owner is SOOO kind and friendly that I want to become his future neighbor!
10/10 recommend. Our host is the nicest guy ever. The rooms are clean and water pressure is good. Communal kitchen is renovated and modernize, plus a grill to use outside. Absolutely love the jacuzzi, it’s a winner. Beautiful night lights, it’s a vibe. He’s so accommodating, provided beach towels, has snorkels, there’s drinking water and hammocks everywhere. It’s a B&B vibe with coffee and basic breakfast food we can have Definitely recommend. PS Queen Theodora keeps the courtyard free of unwanted guests (meow)
In up and coming la Ribera, the Hacienda De Palmas offers an amazing place to stay. Close to Cabo pulmo and las barriles, it is a perfect place to stay. Jason and his staff are so attentive and caring.
